Took about a week of taking the vitamins before I noticed a significant difference in my digestive system. Now have it girl vitamins on automatic delivery.
We are older (76 and 78 years old). My husband and I both saw results day one. Most of the time we only need 1 a day, sometimes need 2 a day for a couple of days. I don't think they are too expensive. They cost less than a prescription from the doctor and they don't exact a price on your body like chemical products. This is far more natural and easier on your body. Staying regular not only makes you feel better and keeps you healthier over all. They work. Worth the price.
I do believe these made a positive impact on my body. I have no idea if it held up to the product claims. I've only bought them once. I would like to continue using them to see what regular use might do, but they are just too much money for me to keep buying.
I rarely write review but I am impressed! Due to hormonal shifts, I’ve experienced bloating, some foods causing discomfort, etc. I’ve tried other popular brands on the market without much luck. This is the real deal - I saw a difference after the 1st day! I take as prescribed (2 gummy vitamins a day, I take them in the morning at the same time on an empty stomach, then have bfast 30 - 60 min after). My belly is happy, I feel terrific and I’m really pleased with the performance and quality of this product.
For my birthday my friend got me the multi pack with different flavors and my favorite was the it girl gut detox flavor because it actually tasted good and I saw a visual difference. I decided to order the ut girl gut one again. Helps with bloating☺️❤️

10/10 would recommend. The convenience and taste are huge! Like mixed berries! Plus not having to clean a shaker bottle or extra dishes for greens stuff in powder form, is absolutely excellent!
These gummies are shockingly delicious, like strawberries! I hate subscriptions because I feel like they are a trap so I canceled it before the gummies even arrived. We quickly decided to resubscribe because we love the vitamins so much! A bonus is my kids love them too!

It has a very pleasant smell and taste and the experience has been incredible.
I have been using this product now for about two weeks. My skin is much softer and I have not had any of the peeling or flaking some retinol product can cause. I can see a slight difference on how my wrinkles appear. They look softer and less noticable compared to before I started using it. I am hopefull that after using it longer term I will get even better results. I will say for the price it is great compared to other retinol /peptide products on the market, and this one has collagen and other great vitamins in it also.
