Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify, your item must be in its original condition and packaging: sealed, unused, and unopened. Due to California law, opened items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@itgirlvitamins.com to begin your return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item first. Once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're in the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
