It Girl Gut Glow Up: What’s Inside & How the Formula Fits a Routine
A straight-talking guide to the current Gut Glow Up formula: probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes, superfoods and vitamins.

It Girl Gut Glow Up is a daily gut-health supplement built around a mix of superfoods, probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes and vitamins. This guide explains how those categories fit together without turning a supplement into a treatment for digestive disease.
What is in Gut Glow Up?
The current formula is described on the product page as containing 38 ingredients across superfoods, probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes and vitamins. See the current Gut Glow Up page for the latest label, amounts and directions.
Probiotics
Probiotics are live microorganisms that may provide health benefits. Effects are strain- and product-specific. NCCIH notes that for many proposed uses, researchers still do not know which probiotics are helpful, how much is needed or who is most likely to benefit.
Prebiotics
Prebiotics are substances used by microorganisms in the gut. They are often paired with probiotics as part of a broader gut-health routine.
Digestive enzymes
Digestive enzymes help break down components of food. Supplemental enzymes have specific uses, but they should not be presented as a universal treatment for bloating, reflux, IBS, SIBO or food intolerance.
Superfoods and vitamins
The formula also includes plant ingredients and vitamins. These contribute nutrients and compounds to the overall formula, but “superfood” is not a medical category and does not mean a product treats disease.
What Gut Glow Up is not
It is not a treatment for IBS, GERD, SIBO, autoimmune disease, depression, anxiety, hormonal disorders or weight loss. Persistent digestive symptoms deserve medical evaluation rather than a supplement-only approach.
How to use a gut supplement responsibly
- Follow the current product label.
- Do not exceed the recommended serving.
- Talk with a healthcare professional if you take medications, are pregnant, have a medical condition or have persistent symptoms.
- Use supplements alongside a varied diet, hydration, movement and sleep.
